Prices are from our price list and cover the whole vehicle, in either direction. Eight friends sharing a minibus to Borovets pay 95 EUR between them, which works out at under 12 EUR each. For bigger groups we combine several vehicles from the same flight and quote the total on request.

Ski bags first, then seats
With a ski group, the luggage decides the vehicle as much as the number of people. A ski bag is long, a boot bag is bulky, and most people also bring a suitcase. So when you send the request, list everything: how many ski bags, snowboard bags, boot bags and cases. Our coordinator then confirms the right combination of vehicles so that every bag travels with its owner, in one trip, without anything strapped in between the seats.
- Minivan long base: up to six people, with extra luggage space.
- Minibus long base: up to eight people with their equipment, the usual choice for a ski group.
- Several vehicles: for larger groups we plan as many minivans and minibuses as the luggage needs.
A fleet big enough for changeover Saturday
Ski weeks in Bulgaria usually start and end on a Saturday, and on those days many groups land at Sofia Airport within a few hours of each other. We are a Bulgarian company with our own fleet: around 200 sedans, 50 minivans and 100 minibuses, plus 20 S and E class cars for anyone who prefers a premium ride. That is why we can confirm a large group in one reply, even for the busiest weekends of the season.
Different flights, one plan
Groups rarely arrive on one plane. Some fly from Gatwick, some from Manchester, and someone always comes a day later. Send us every flight number with the names or the number of people on each, and we will plan the vehicles around them. Our dispatchers follow every arriving flight. When a delay is caused by the flight, waiting at the airport is free and has no time limit, so a late plane never costs the group extra.
The drivers meet each part of the group in the arrivals hall with a sign. For the return trip, the coordinator suggests pickup times from the hotel with a margin for snow on the mountain roads. At the hotel, please have everyone ready in the lobby: at an address the driver waits 15 minutes from the agreed time.
One contact for the group leader
Organising a group is enough work already. You talk to one coordinator from our own call centre, by phone, WhatsApp or in the chat, which we answer almost instantly, day and night. Changes to numbers or flights are handled in the same conversation. Orders are taken in English by phone, or in the chat in your language.
No prepayment is needed, even for big groups. The price we confirm is fixed, and you pay on the day of travel, in cash or by card. Children travel safely too: baby carriers, child seats and booster seats are all free of charge.
Where we drive ski groups

How much is a ski group transfer from Sofia Airport?
For up to eight people, a long-base minibus costs 95 EUR to Borovets and 142 EUR to Bansko, for the whole vehicle. Pamporovo and groups larger than eight are priced on request, and we reply almost immediately.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Eight skiers in one minibus to Borovets pay 95 EUR in total, not 95 EUR each.
How many ski bags fit in the vehicle?
It depends on the bags and the suitcases, so tell us exactly what you are bringing: skis, snowboards, boot bags and cases. We then confirm a vehicle, or a second one, that takes everything in one trip.
Our group arrives on different flights. Can you handle that?
Yes. Send us every flight number and how many people are on each. We follow all the flights and plan the vehicles so nobody waits longer than necessary.
What happens if one of the flights is delayed?
The driver for that flight comes at the real landing time. When the delay is caused by the flight, waiting at the airport is free and has no time limit.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
No. There is no prepayment for group bookings either. You pay on the day, in cash or by card, and the price we confirm is fixed.
