How do I book a transfer?
Send us a request through the form on our Contact page, write to us on WhatsApp, or simply call us. Our coordinators reply as soon as they receive your request and confirm the vehicle, the pickup time and the final price.
How far in advance should I book?
A few days ahead is ideal, and it usually gets you a better price. That said, last-minute bookings are welcome too — if you need a car within the next few hours, call us and we will do everything we can to arrange it.
How much does a transfer cost?
Our most popular routes have fixed prices — you can see them on the Pricing page. For every other destination in Bulgaria just send us a request and our team will send you a price and availability almost immediately.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Every price we quote is for the whole vehicle, not per passenger. A Sedan/Estate takes up to 4 passengers, a Minivan long base up to 6 and a Minibus long base up to 8, so a group travelling together pays one price.
How do I pay?
You can pay in cash or by credit/debit card, either on the day of travel or in advance. Cash is accepted in leva, euro, pounds and dollars. Bank transfer is also possible — just tell us what suits you when you book.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing on your side. Our dispatchers and drivers track arriving flights in real time, so the driver simply comes at your actual landing time. You pay no extra for a delayed flight — it is not something you control.
What if I land earlier than planned?
That is not a problem either. Because we follow your flight, the driver will usually already be waiting for you before the scheduled time.
I missed my flight. What now?
Call us as soon as you know. We are human beings and it can happen to anyone — we will rearrange your transfer for the new arrival.
Where will I meet my driver?
Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. You will also get a message on WhatsApp or Viber with the driver's details. If anything is unclear when you land, call us straight away on +359 897 227 771.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. All of our drivers speak English.
Can you provide a child seat?
Yes, and free of charge. We have child seats, baby carriers and booster seats for children from 0 to 9 years old. Please tell us the age of the child when you book so the right seat is fitted in advance.
Can I travel with a pet?
Of course. Just let us know in advance so we can plan for it.
How much luggage can I take?
Tell us how many suitcases you have and roughly how large they are — and mention any sports equipment such as skis or snowboards. That way we assign a vehicle with enough space, rather than guessing.
I do not know my flight number.
Not a problem. Give us your airline, route and arrival date and our call centre will find the flight for you.
Can I change my booking after it is confirmed?
Yes, easily. Contact us and we will change the booking straight away — time, date, pickup point or vehicle.
Do you work at night and on holidays?
Yes. Sofia Airport Transfer works 24/7, all year round. We are the only company in Bulgaria with its own call centre working around the clock, so there is always a real person to talk to — not a chatbot.
Do you also drive to the airport, not just from it?
Of course. Every route we list works in both directions — from Sofia Airport to your destination and from your destination back to Sofia Airport.
