Meeting you in arrivals, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2
Sofia Airport has two terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, and your flight number tells us which one you land at. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of that terminal with a sign showing your name, so you only need to collect your bags and walk out. We follow your flight: if it lands late, the driver comes for the real landing time, and when the delay is caused by your flight, waiting at the airport is free.
One fixed price for the whole vehicle
A private transfer from Sofia Airport is priced per vehicle, not per passenger. A sedan or estate takes up to 4 people, a long-base minivan up to 6 and a long-base minibus up to 8, and the price stays the same whether you fill every seat or travel alone. The fixed price we confirm when you book is the price you pay.
No prepayment, free child seats
There is no prepayment: you pay on the day of travel, in cash or by card. Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are free of charge; just tell us how many children are travelling when you book.

How much is a taxi from Sofia Airport?
Our prices are fixed and are for the whole vehicle, not per passenger. The Sofia city centre and any other address in Bulgaria are priced on request: send us the address and we reply with one fixed price.
Where will the driver meet me at Sofia Airport?
In the arrivals hall of the terminal where your flight lands, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, holding a sign with your name. Your flight number tells us which terminal you use, so you only need to walk out of arrivals.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight, so the driver comes for the real landing time. When the delay is caused by your flight, waiting at Sofia Airport is free. For a pickup from a hotel or home address, the driver waits 15 minutes from the agreed time.
Which vehicle do we need, and are child seats included?
A sedan or estate takes up to 4 passengers, a long-base minivan up to 6 and a long-base minibus up to 8. Four people with skis should book the minivan, so all the ski bags fit. Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are free of charge: just tell us how many children are travelling.

On a normal day Borovets is about 75 km and 1 h 30 min, Plovdiv about 140 km and 1 h 30 min, Bansko about 160 km and 2 h 15 min, Stara Zagora about 220 km and 2 h 30 min, and Burgas about 390 km and 3 h 15 min.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes. It is your private car, so just tell the driver when you would like a break for coffee, food or the toilet.
